Material: All lamps are made of metal - iron base and resin body. The Gold, Chrome, and Black finishes are electroplated to ensure that the lamp retains its shine.
Packaging: All lamps have passed diligent drop tests to guarantee that nothing gets damaged during the shipping and handling process. Bulbs are not included in the packaging.
Safety Electrical Standard
All lamps have passed industrious quality control and have obtained UL ETL approval.
Shipping Information - When will I get my order?
An order usually takes 5-10 days to process.
North American Orders (US & Canada): Once an order is placed, we ship it out after 5-7 days from either our British Columbia or Ontario warehouse. After the order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival, which is usually 1-3 business days after it has shipped from our warehouse.
International Orders (Europe & Rest of the World): Once an order is placed, we ship it out after 5-7 days from either our Los Angeles or Chicago warehouse. After the order has been shipped out, we will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival, which is usually 1-5 business days after it has shipped from one of our warehouses. Time may vary depending on holidays.
Shipping
Simply proceed to Checkout, and the system will generate the cheapest possible quote using the up to date real-time carrier rates from all of the worlds best services including Fedex, DHL, USPS, UPS, TNT, Loomis, Canada Post, and many more! We ship from 2 different warehouses in Canada.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns If you are not satisfied with your product, we will happily arrange a return up to 3 days starting from when you receive your order as long as the product is in the same perfect condition and has not been used. You are responsible for shipping back.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Proper verification will be required.
Shipping
We will contact you and give you the information that is required to follow the exchange process. It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sales Tax
Pre-Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax. Pre-Orders shipped to:
- Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount, or a total sales tax of 14.975%.
- British Columbia are subject to 5% GST.
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
- Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories are subject to 5% GST.
